English as a Second Language Class

ESL classes at Taroona High School are conducted in small, informal groups to provide support with the English language. Students work towards developing greater fluency with the written and spoken forms of English as well as improving upon their listening and comprehension skills. Opportunities are also available for students to work on assignments or homework tasks for other subjects in an
environment supported by a teacher.
