Where you choose to send us a completed electronic form that includes your personal details, we collect personally identifiable information, such as name, address and email address.
The information collected by email or electronic forms will be used only for the purpose for which you provided it, and we will not disclose it without your consent, except where authorised or required by law.
We will only publish personal information on this site if it has been collected for this purpose with your knowledge. Once the information is published on this site, we will have no control over its subsequent use and disclosure though.

Any individual has the right to request access at any time to the personal information that AA holds about that person. This access will be refused if AA cannot be satisfied as to the identity of the person requesting that access. Australien-Ausbildung can refuse to provide access to personal information where the Privacy Act allows it to do so.
Any individual can request AA to modify or correct personal information once this information has been collected from individuals who enquired, applied for, or registered their names with AA. Where the request is raised, Australien-Ausbildung will aim to respond to it five working days of the receipt of the request. All requests for access to personal information will be responded to in writing, and will be recorded separately.
