The Times Higher Education (26th March 2010) reported that UK Universities must show international students that they are wanted for more than their fee income.

According to the article, written by John Morgan, the head of the British Council has warned that they need to show they “really care” about international students rather than treating them as “cash cows” bearing solutions to funding problems.
