Hi, If you want to acquire an Australian PR, you have to study for at least 2 years in Australia...now the question is that if I study for 3 sem or 1.5 years course, how can I get an australian PR as this is short of the very first requirement for PR application i.e. living in australia for 2 years...

The idea is to get enough points. You need to study for a certain length of time to get the bonus points and then use this to get enough points overall.
