The Master of Human Resources Management program aims to develop students’ knowledge of human resources management concepts and key management skills relevant to modern business. Students undertake a range of courses specific to the human resources management discipline area. In addition to this, students study a range of courses designed to develop their management skills and to enable them to
apply human resources management concepts as part of an organisation’s
strategic planning processing.

HRMT20021 Global HRM
2 capstone courses, including one double weight course
MGMT20112 Strategy Development and Initiatives
MGMT29001 Strategic Integration (Double weight course)

Note: CG25 Master of Human Resource Management has replaced CF68 Master of Management (Human Resources). Students currently enrolled in CF68 Master of Management (Human Resources) will be able to complete their qualification under the degree rules current at time of their first enrolment.
